How can I register multiple attendees?

  • Create, or have each attendee create a user account here

  • If one person is creating all the accounts, they will need to log out each time to create the next account.

  • Once all accounts have been created, log into the account that will submit payment and add all desired products to the cart. For example, if you are registering three people, add the products for each person.

  • Once the desired products are selected, go to the cart. 

    Note: Initially, each product will be registered to you. You will edit this after you have added the additional attendees by using the "remove" button.

  • To add the additional attendees select the green button titled "Add Registration for Another User".

  • Enter the email address for the additional attendee (s). Their name (s) will populate, and you will select “Add Product for This User.” Note: if their name does not appear, you will need to create an account for them. 

  • The attendee's name will appear in the registrant column under your own. 

  • Repeat this for each additional attendee.

  • Add all the information for each attendee and complete payment.

I registered for an in-person conference, but I cannot make it:

All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to education@kzanow.com. Refunds are subject to a $50 ($100 for AAOS) administrative fee per registrant and according to the following schedule: 

  • Cancellations received 10 days or more prior to the start date of the course receive a full refund, less the administrative fee per registrant, per course.

  • Cancellations received 0-9 days prior to the start date of the course will not receive a refund. If you must cancel your course registration with fewer than 10 days’ notice, KZA will transfer your registration fees to another conference of your choice within the same calendar year, less the following: 

    • Administrative fee per registrant, per course.

    • Cost of the coding guide(s) per registrant, per course.

    • Meeting venue food and beverage charges per registrant, including all service charges and taxes. 

  • A no-show without written notice will result in a forfeit of all funds. KZA assumes no responsibility for costs associated with airline ticketing, price changes, or cancellations. As such, we recommend the purchase of travel insurance when making your plans.

The On-Demand course is not what I thought it would be, or I already took this course.

All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted via email to info@kzanow.com. Refunds will be made based on the following:

  • Cancelation request is received via email within 24 hours of purchase.

  • The course has not been started.

  • If there is a pdf handout or coding guide available, $60 will be deducted from the refund.

  • If a hard copy book has been printed/shipped, $60 plus shipping and handling will be deducted.

Cancellations received after 24 hours of purchase will result in a transfer of funds to another on-demand course within the same year, less $60 for pdf of handout or coding guide and/or $60 plus shipping and handling for hard copy books.

If I purchase a webinar or on-demand course, how much time do I have to complete the course? 

You will have access to the course for 30 days from the day you open and activate it, unless otherwise noted. You can stop and resume anytime within the access period. If there are extenuating circumstances and you cannot complete the course, please send an email to info@kzanow.com.

Can I get a physical copy of a coding guide?

Course books and/or handouts are available in PDF to download. Hard copy coding guides are available for an extra charge. If you would like to purchase a hardcopy, email education@kzanow.com with the course name and your shipping address. Please be advised that not all KZA on-demand courses have a coding guide or handout. 

Note: If another organization is hosting the course, please contact that organization with questions and requests. 

I forgot to claim CEU/CME credits before the expiration date. 

It is important to take note of CEU/CME expiration dates. KZA cannot grant CEU’s/CMEs after the expiration date.
