Coding and Documentation Review

Would your documentation pass an audit?

Physicians are under the payor microscope.

Requests for record reviews and audits are on the rise and Medicare reimbursement paybacks are announced with alarming regularity.

Payors are using analytics tools to scrutinize claims data and identify potentially incorrect billing patterns, creating an increase in payor audits and reimbursement take-backs. Some practices have paid back millions.
